I don't think this product has to be THIS expensive, but the quality is great, it can withstand dust and dirt and being in a commercial kitchen for 5 years.La calidad del sonido es apropiada, es un producto que cumplió completamente mi expectativas. En adición, la batería tiene una larga duración. Lo que la hace fantástica es que trae el estuché para guardar la bocina y queda Perfecto. ¡Es una excelente inversión!This is my second JBL and the first one last 6 or 7 years. It sounds awesome and is so easy to use. Love the carrying case so when we go to the park, beach, pool or boat we can bring along with us and control by the phone.I really like this speaker period had it almost two years today it completely died it won't turn on it won't turn off sits there with three lights on. No sound. Wish I bought the warranty. I thought I did that's why I'm leaving a review now I was checking to see if I did. But thinking jbel good quality been around for years. Buy the warranty they just don't make things the way they used to. Just look at our government. What a disgrace. God bless the u.s.a.This portable radio is better than we had hoped for. My husband loves music and when he works outside he always has it on. Many times he can't hear the radio from where is is working. This solves the problem in an easy spectacular way!!Got it cause I needed a new speaker, plus one of my homies got one too so we could link them up and both alone and linked with just another charge 4, basically a mini speaker system. The battery life if you charge it consistently is good enough to take along with you on trips and charge your phone while listening to music for around 6 hours I’d say and if your not charging your phone it’s last about a week of on and off playing charges within 4hrs fully and the whole waterproof thing I have yet to investigate kinda scared to even get it near water the sound quality is pretty pristine and I hate the way speakers sound with water in them I’d hate for this one to ever sound like that ( my best description of that is like the water makes the bass sound like wet asscheeks) it actually supports my phones bass boost within my music streaming app and doesn’t start bottlenecking I forget what its called when it stops getting louder and just starts sounding more like ass? This speaker doesn’t do that it can handle itself well at very low and high frequencies. I mostly listen to it around halfway to the 3/4 mark cause I’m scared to blow the speaker but I’m 100% sure if you do it will not but I’m like wacc and I don’t like to push anything I don’t even over lock my processor ? however I mostly work with computers and I smoked so much weed before writing this review so my opinion is just as good as anyone elses and you know it’s legitThis speaker did not disappoint me at all. It has a good range of highs and lows. It is not super loud in a big room but is perfect for while I’m cooking or sitting out on my porch. The sound is not stereo but it’s just a little speaker. Here’s the cool thing though, you can connect more than one ( they claim up to 100 but I’ve not tried more than two) and you can set them to play left and right channels so you have stereo. That is pretty cool. You need the app to connect them and it’s not idiot proof but is not insanely difficult to do either. I have had a JBL Flip for about 4 years now. I loved it. The Charge is even better.I noticed there was a complaint from others about the JBL speakers not holding a full charge. That is the only reason I’m mentioning this. The Flip is that recently the battery doesn’t seem to charge right. It reports it is full but only lasts a short amount of time at higher volumes. Even does that when it’s plugged in. It is 3 or 4 years old so I don’t think that is a huge defect. The speaker is fine, comparable to the Charge 3 but definitely louder. My main issue is that it comes with a "quick-charging" power cord, but no outlet block. It it different from any other USB cable and I had to buy a separate cable and block just to charge the thing. After calling their customer service, I find out that JBL doesn't even make a wall receptacle for the cable that they include with the speaker and they (JBL) advised that I buy an "Android" block to be able to use the included charging cord. Conclusion, Pretty good speaker, quite loud, unusable charging cable, and terrible customer service from JBL. ***Update: here is the cord that will work if you plan on ordering this speaker and using it more than one battery cycle, https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Endurance-Portable-Wireless-Bluetooth/dp/B07W6CS79H/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=AC+Adapter+Charger+for+JBL+Charge+4&qid=1618675193&sr=8-1 ***
